Upcoming Meetings

The Authority Board conducts two regularly scheduled public meetings each month:

• Committee Work Sessions are held on the second Thursday of each month. The Board’s committees meet sequentially, with each session beginning at the conclusion of the previous committee meeting.

• Regular Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. During these meetings, the Board considers matters related to Airport Authority governance, airport operations, strategic initiatives and other business deemed appropriate for discussion.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held in Conference Room 100 at RDU Center, located at 1000 Trade Drive, Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

August 2026 Board of Directors Meeting

The next Committee Work Session will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, and the Authority Board of Directors will conduct its Regular Meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Meetings will be held in Conference Room 100 of the RDU Center (located at 1000 Trade Drive at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport). Further information regarding the start time and agenda for both will be provided the week of the meeting.

Public Comment

The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Board of Directors provides an opportunity for members of the public to offer verbal comments during regular Board meetings in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances and the Authority’s Public Comment Rules.

Individuals wishing to speak during the public comment period should register on the sign-up sheet located inside or immediately outside the meeting room before the meeting begins.

Registered speakers will be allotted up to two minutes to provide comments to the Board.

Members of the public may also submit comments electronically to Board members.
