RDU Navigators help create a welcoming experience for travelers every day. Since 1997, members of the Navigator volunteer program have contributed more than 200,000 hours assisting passengers and answering questions throughout Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Navigators work alongside airport staff to help travelers find their way, access airport services and navigate their journey with confidence. Volunteers are easily recognized by their RDU-branded uniforms and can be found throughout the terminals.
