Pay in person by personal check, money order, credit card or debit card. Cash is not accepted.

The Airport Operations Center is located across from the entrance to the ParkRDU Central parking garage. The RDU Police Department is also located in this building.
In-person payments are accepted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Appeal a Ticket
If you believe a fee, charge or penalty was issued incorrectly, you may submit a written appeal.
Appeals must be submitted within five days of the ticket issuance date using the Traffic Violation Appeals Form and should include:
- A clear written statement explaining your situation.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence.

Appeal Review Process
The Appeals Officer will review the citation and determine whether it was issued in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Airport Authority Traffic and Parking Ordinance.
If the citation was not issued in accordance with the ordinance, it will be dismissed.
If the citation was issued correctly, you will receive written notification and must pay the amount due within five days of the appeal decision.
Additional Fees and Enforcement
If payment is not received within 20 days of the ticket issuance date or appeal determination, an administrative fee of $50 will be added to the balance due.
Unpaid penalties and fees may become a lien against the vehicle. The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority may pursue legal remedies to collect outstanding obligations from the vehicle owner and/or responsible party.
Returned checks or money orders may result in civil or criminal action.
